NCC Ventures Lab is dedicated to leveling the playing field for small businesses, home offices, and non-profit organizations. We do not compete with local web design or graphic design firms. If you work for a large business or for-profit company, we would refer you to local consultants.

Do We Offer Discounts to Non-Profit Organizations?

Our pricing structure is meant to appeal to our targeted clientele, which includes non-profit organizations. We do not believe that our prices can be beaten, which is why we restrict our potential client list.

Where Is The Website Stored?

NCC Ventures has working relationships with several different hosting services. We will help initiate the relationship that we feel makes sense for you. We pay for the first month's hosting costs as a part of our fee structure. You will be billed directly by your hosting service for as long as you wish to maintain the relationship with it beyond that first, free month. If you have an existing relationship you are comfortable with, we will use that service at your request.

Can We Make Changes After The Website Has Been Designed?

Yes. We include four-week maintenance periods to our basic contracts. We will change content during that period for free. Extended maintenance periods can be negotiated at the initiation of our relationship.

Can We Upgrade Our Website In The Future?

Yes, you can. We will need to negotiate a fresh service fee at that time if it is beyond your contracted maintenance period.
